Festive Workout Challenge

This time next week it will be Christmas Day! To get us all in the festive spirit I thought it would be fun to do a little challenge.

Life on the run up to Christmas is jam packed and there isn’t much time to fit in a scheduled workout. Instead let’s keep it fun and simple. Each day on the run up to Christmas I’ll be asking a question about Christmas over on social media and you can answer it by completing the workout.

Here’s the Challenge Alphabet:

What’s your favourite Christmas film?

Mine favourite film is not one of the most well known and is called Prancer, so my workout is:


P- 20 tuck jumps
R- 5 press-ups
A- 20 squats
N- 15 jump squats
C- 15 press-ups
E- 20 jumping jacks
R- 5 press-ups
