Every day for 5 days I will be setting you a workout to complete from the comfort of your own home.
Knowing where to start with fitness can be confusing. Getting motivated to start working out can be evne more difficult the workouts in this 5 day challenge are suitable for you if you are new to fitness, returning from a break or just want a bit of a change.
How does it work?
Each day I will send you the details of the workout for that day, the workouts will be short and suitable for all levels. You won’t need any equipment. You can either complete the workout by following the workout card or follow along in real-time with videos which I will be sharing on YouTube here.
