What’s Involved?

Every day for 5 days I will be setting you a workout to complete from the comfort of your own home.

How does it work?

Each day I will send you the details of the workout for that day, the workouts will be short and suitable for all levels. You won’t need any equipment. You can either complete the workout by following the workout card or follow along in real-time with videos which I will be sharing on my Facebook page.

How much is it?

Totally free. My aim is to help to motivate you to give your fitness boost - possible side effects are that you step into summer feeling absolutely fabulous!!!!
